The Path to EHR Adoption

Call us for an informal, no-obligation conversation regarding your EHR options. If you decide that the time is right for you to begin the journey towards Electronic Medical Records, we offer four (4) flexible service packages designed to fit your practice unique needs and budget.

Bronze Package

This option includes assistance with the necessary preparation and evaluation of your current practice workflow and optimization of workflows. Once the evaluation is completed, we will use the resulting documentation to recommend a maximum of four EHR products. We will arrange for vendors' demonstrations and assist you in narrowing down the selection to one or two finalists, and solicit Requests For Proposals (RFP). Once you make the final decision, we will negotiate the most advantageous contract terms possible for your practice.

Silver Package

In addition to the Bronze services, the Silver package contains implementation assistance to augment your practice resources. We will act as your Project Management team and make sure that everything promised by the vendor is indeed delivered on time and per expectations. We will manage the changes and all preparations for go-live, including workflow adjustments, hardware purchase and software installation.

Gold Package

The Gold Package adds ongoing support for your brand new software and hardware. This is an ongoing subscription to our monitoring, off site backup and disaster recovery services. Included in this service are safe upgrades to your EHR (per vendor release schedule) and technical assistance in connecting your practice to Health Information Exchanges in your area.

Platinum Package

For physicians who prefer the peace of mind of having their servers hosted in industrial strength data centers, instead of locally in their office, we offer state of the art hosting in St. Louis, Missouri. Please note that this option requires the added expense of fast, reliable and preferably redundant Internet Service Provider subscriptions for your office. If you select this option, we will undertake the migration of your EHR data in the event that you switch EHR vendors while we are hosting your services.

Pricing Model

Our Bronze and Silver packages are one-time fees, while the Gold and Platinum packages have additional monthly subscription fees for as long as you require our services.
Although we bundled services in packages, some services may be unbundled and purchased separately according to your practice's specific needs.
We offer special pricing for solo providers, new practices and Primary Care physicians.
